Use Hot Flash Chiller two different ways:

"Walking Way:"

Pour Wellinhand's Hot Flash Chiller Sea Bath into six inches of cold water into your tub. Walk back and forth in your tub. Step out of the tub, vigorously dry your feet with a clean dry towel. Step back into the tub and repeat.

"Soaking Way:"

Counter intuitively, a hot soak that induces sweating will often reduce flashes and night sweats. And that is our goal! Dump the jar into a warm water and soak until the water cools. Step out of the tub and dry your skin briskly with a clean towel. Wrap up in a warm robe, lie down, rest and let your body finish its sweat. Then take a cool shower and brush away the toxins from your skin. These sweats tend to replace monthly release of toxins that are diminishing with time. Be careful that the water is not too hot so as to cause light headedness.
